Personalization Details
Depending on the product, you may be able to personalize your gift with selected details such as:

Customers are responsible for entering accurate personalization details at checkout.
Please carefully check spelling, names, dates, messages, photo quality, and all custom details before submitting your order.
Ready-Made Designs With Personalized Details
Some JunemyGift products are based on ready-made designs or themes that can be personalized with selected details.
This means customers are not always creating a fully custom product from scratch. Instead, each product may have specific personalization options depending on the item.
Preview Before Production
For selected personalized products, we may provide a preview before production.
If a preview is provided, please review all details carefully. Once you approve the preview, production may begin.
After approval or once production has started, changes, cancellations, or refunds may not be available.
Photo Uploads & Reference Images
If you upload or email photos for personalization, you confirm that you have the right to use those photos.
Please upload clear, high-quality images for the best result. Low-quality, blurry, dark, or cropped photos may affect the final product.

Customer-Provided Content
Customers must not submit content that is offensive, illegal, harmful, hateful, misleading, infringing, or violates the rights of another person.
JunemyGift reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing inappropriate or unauthorized content.
Production Changes
Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, changes can only be made before production begins.
Once production has started, we may not be able to modify the order.
Returns & Refunds
Personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a production error, defect, or damage confirmed by our team.
